We are controlling adamantly quality and freshness of our products and raw-materials.
At The Galway Cakery we weigh, mix, stir, cut, pour and pack everything by hand. Everything is real handcraft, made with passion and knowhow. Our quality control is strict, our deliveries are on time.
We bake our products upon order to ensure that we can deliver only the freshest quality to our customers.
We source our ingredients locally as best we can. However, the Vanilla bean comes from Madagascar, the Chocolate from Belgium. Our frostings are made with real fruit puree. All eggs are free-range, the butter is Irish.
We do not use any preservatives or artificial flavours!
We are an approved "Guaranteed Irish" company.
The Galway Cakery is registered with the local Health Service Executive.
